PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • Exchange of defective e-cigs or vaporizers only valid within 14 days of purchase. Exchange policy is not valid for physical damage and related performance issues. Exchange is only valid if the product does not turn on or fire at all. 
  • Exchange of defective pods/coils are only accepted if brought back the day of purchase. 
  • Absolutely no returns on cigarettes, e-juice, pre-filled pods, Juul, Pax, Volcano, kratom, glass, hookah, or tobacco products.

DISPOSABLE EXCHANGE POLICY

We encourage customers to test out disposables before leaving the shop so we can ensure it works properly. In the rare event you receive a defective disposable, please let an associate know and we will exchange it once we confirm it is defective. Defective disposables include not firing at all, auto firing, or leaking. We will ask you to demonstrate the issue or test it ourselves using a disposable mouth tip. If you encounter an issue after leaving the store, please call us or come back to the shop within 24 hours of purchase, as we cannot exchange disposables outside of this time frame. 

CLEARANCE DISPOSABLE EXCHANGE POLICY

Clearance Disposable Guarantee: Here at Xhale we value customer satisfaction, so we encourage customers to test all clearance disposables in the shop, as they are final sale once you leave. We are happy to swap the disposable(s) at the time of sale due to defection or even dissatisfaction; however, once you leave the shop they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you exchange a clearance disposable of a greater value, you will pay the balance and vice versa.

CLEARANCE DISPOSABLE FAQ:
  • Why are they clearance? Lots of reasons. Some we ordered too many, oops! Also if you haven't noticed there are a lot of new kids on the block, so we gotta make some room for the tasty new flavors coming out. Some are very recently expired. (Don't worry we keep 'em nice and cool and dark so they stay good as new.) And some are being discontinued, or are just at a great price! 
  • Can I swap a clearance disposable for a regular one? Yes, you will just pay the balance.
  • Are clearance disposables applicable for BOGO $5 off or other sales during the year? No, but 50% off clearance disposables are always B2G1 free!
